TIME FOR FUN WALK !






Here's something to consider..

Sometimes when the pressures of life become too much to bear,we all need something to help us relax and stay in touch with reality.So,if thing start to seem less 'real' and life becomes almost an illusion.the best thing to do is to stay calm and go for a walk outside your home.

Look at the different individuals or object which are farthest from you.This simple step say experts,causes people to become exteriorised or interested in others.They can then concentrate on doing something productive rather than constantly being interiorisedor obsessed about theirown thoughts and feelings which may or may not lean towards destructive behaviour.

Walk for a minimum of 10 minutes although there is actually no time limit.This is also a great remedy if you are tired reading too much at school or studying hard can be very taxing.Taking a walk also increases your physical stamina as you are exercising your body.You dont need to walk all day,hust once at whatever time you choose.

Try it.You will find the walking is a very pleasurable activity.It not only temporarily disconnects you from your goals but also lets you enjoy your sorroundings.
